This project is a mixed use development which consists of 8 units 2-storey cluster house, a 4-storey hotel and 2 units of retail shop lot. It is located in Teluk Ramunia, the center township of Pengerang Johor and near to the ‘RAPID’ – Refinery and Petrochemical Integrated Development, a large scale development in Pengerang.

The project took advantage of its strategic location and utilizes its full potential by providing a solution in response to the increasing demand for residential houses required by local professionals and foreign expatriates. It also seeks to improve the local tourism activities by providing premium accommodation as well as acting as a platform for local business to thrive.

The commercial building utilizes simple yet modern design elements such as copings and groove lines, outlining the building façade into a modern European design. The intention is to create a conceptual lantern as a focus point different with the norm of the local community and attract business and tourism activities. Flanked by its residential counterpart in the mixed use development, together they form part of a subtle force that contributes to the development and flourish of local oil and gas industry.
